Venice Closings

Since the purchase or sale of real property is one of the most important transactions in your life, you should make sure you have a skilled real estate attorney representing your rights under the purchase and sale contract form. As a member of the Florida Realtor-Attorney Joint Committee (“FR/BAR”), Ms. Horstkamp is well versed with the FR/BAR contract forms to be able to explain your rights and obligations under the contract. In fact, Ms. Horstkamp frequently serves as a lecturer for local realtor organizations teaching the FR/BAR contract forms to realtors.

Our firm will represent you at all stages during the transaction, including negotiating the contract, ordering and reviewing the title to determine if the title is marketable, coordinating ordering the survey, preparing the closing documents, and explaining the legal documents to you at closing. In representing a buyer purchasing property, our goal is to protect your interests under the contract and a successful closing with marketable title being delivered to the buyer at closing.
